Oxford, Ohio · Butler County
21+ vending for Oxford’s bars and venues.
Uptown Oxford packs more bar into a few blocks of High Street than anywhere else in Butler County. It's also the market where age verification has to be genuinely airtight — which is exactly why we built the machine around it.

The market
Why we're in Oxford.
Oxford is our home town and the market we take most seriously on compliance. A university town means a high volume of ID checks and no margin for a machine that gets it wrong. Every unit we place scans a driver's licence and verifies age before it will vend anything — not a touchscreen prompt asking someone to confirm they're 21, an actual scan, logged. In a room full of students that isn't a feature, it's the entire basis on which a machine belongs there at all.
Service distance — minutes — this is where we're based
In a college town, the ID scanner is the product
We'd rather lose a placement than run a machine that could sell to a 20-year-old. Every unit verifies a real licence before it vends, and the check is logged. That protects your liquor licence as much as it protects ours — which is the argument that actually matters to an Oxford operator, more than the revenue share ever will.
Where we're placing
Oxford districts we know.
Every room is different. These are the areas we've walked, and what changes about a placement in each.
Uptown High Street
The densest run of bars in the county, and genuinely 21+ after dark. Weekend volume is concentrated into a few hours.
The Mile Square
Restaurants and rooms just off the main strip, generally mixed-age earlier in the evening.

How it works
Three steps, then it runs.
- 01
We walk your space
We come in, look at your traffic pattern, and find the spot that works — a hallway wall, the corridor to the restrooms, next to the ATM, out on the patio. You approve the location before anything is ordered.
- 02
We install and stock it
We deliver, mount or place the unit, connect it, and fill it. Installation is on us. Your staff does not lift, wire, or configure anything.
- 03
It runs itself
Cashless payment, on-screen ID verification, and remote monitoring. We see inventory and sales from our phones, so we restock on our schedule — not after you've called us.
- 04
You get paid
You collect a share of every sale from the machine in your venue, paid on a set schedule with a sales report you can actually read.
Questions
Oxford venue owners ask us this.
How does the machine stop underage sales?
It scans a government-issued licence and verifies age before it will vend a nicotine product, and the check is logged. Nobody behind your bar has to card anyone, and there's no staff judgement call involved.
Does this put my liquor licence at risk?
The machine enforces the age check itself and the retail licensing for what's inside sits with Upper Decker, not with your venue. We'll put that split in writing before anything is installed — and we'd encourage you to have it reviewed.
Are you actually based in Oxford?
Yes. Upper Decker Vending LLC is a Butler County company and Oxford is home. It's the shortest service drive on our route.
