Hamilton, Ohio · Butler County

21+ vending for Hamilton’s bars and venues.

Main Street, RiverWorks, Marcum Park. Hamilton's downtown has turned into a genuine brewery and event district — and it's our home county, which means it gets the fastest service in the network.

The market

Why we're in Hamilton.

Hamilton is where we're licensed, where we live, and where our route starts. That isn't a marketing line — it's an operational fact that changes what we can promise. A Hamilton venue is a short drive, so a sellout gets fixed the same day rather than on the next scheduled run. When a machine matters to your Saturday, proximity is the whole product.

Service distance — our home county — typically under 20 minutes

Your machine is fifteen minutes from us, not fifty

Most vending operators run a metro-wide route and fit you into it. We're based in Butler County, so Hamilton isn't a stop on a long loop — it's the near end of one. If a machine sells out during a Marcum Park show, we can be there. That's not a service-level agreement we invented for a website; it's just what being local actually means, and it's why we started here rather than in the bigger market down the road.

Where we're placing

Hamilton districts we know.

Every room is different. These are the areas we've walked, and what changes about a placement in each.

Main Street & downtown

The brewery-led core of Hamilton's revival, with a bar and restaurant mix that's grown steadily along the river.

RiverWorks & Marcum Park

Outdoor and event-driven, with concert crowds that arrive in one wave. A strong case for the weatherproof outdoor unit.

German Village & the west side

Neighbourhood taverns and lodges with regulars — steady repeat volume rather than event spikes.

How it works

Three steps, then it runs.

  1. 01

    We walk your space

We come in, look at your traffic pattern, and find the spot that works — a hallway wall, the corridor to the restrooms, next to the ATM, out on the patio. You approve the location before anything is ordered.

  2. 02

    We install and stock it

We deliver, mount or place the unit, connect it, and fill it. Installation is on us. Your staff does not lift, wire, or configure anything.

  3. 03

    It runs itself

Cashless payment, on-screen ID verification, and remote monitoring. We see inventory and sales from our phones, so we restock on our schedule — not after you've called us.

  4. 04

    You get paid

You collect a share of every sale from the machine in your venue, paid on a set schedule with a sales report you can actually read.

Questions

Hamilton venue owners ask us this.

Why should a Hamilton venue pick a local operator?

Response time. We're based in Butler County, so a Hamilton machine is a short drive rather than the far end of a metro route. Sellouts get fixed quickly, and you're dealing with the two people who own the company rather than a dispatcher.

Do you have a machine for outdoor spaces like a patio or beer garden?

Yes — a fully weatherproof unit built for patios, smoking areas and beer gardens. For venues around Marcum Park and RiverWorks that's usually the right unit, because it serves the area guests are already standing in.

What licensing do you carry?

We hold an Ohio transient vendor's licence, which is valid statewide for vending, and we carry the retail licensing and tax obligations for everything in the machine. Your venue doesn't take on any of that.
